Method. We take the lower of two limits: what your income supports after other debts at a common debt-to-income guideline, and what your cash supports at a 5% down payment plus roughly 3% closing costs. The payment uses a 30-year fixed amortization at the hypothetical rate you choose, plus estimated taxes, insurance, and mortgage insurance under 20% down.

What this isn't. It isn't a pre-approval, a qualification, a rate quote, or a commitment to lend. Nothing was verified and no credit was reviewed.

Results are modeled from the assumptions shown and the numbers you entered. Nothing has been verified, no credit was reviewed, and no lending decision has been made. Actual terms depend on a complete application and underwriting.
